When my car wouldn't start they got me in right away to fix it. Fast, friendly and great work! They explained what was wrong and what they did to fix it and their rates are reasonable. Being new to the area I was nervous just picking a garage off of Google based on distance and 3 reviews, but I lucked out and picked a great place that I'll keep going back to.

On my way from Boston to Philly, felt a rough sputtering grinding, came in to these folks and they were very kind, caring, and helpful. No BS, diagnosed and fixed a fairly simple spark plug coil issue, got me back on the road. Price seemed fair for parts and labor, took care of what needed taking care of(including a needed new headlight and windshield wiper!) and nothing else This would be my mechanic if I lived in the area, very hospitable and seemingly honest folks, cared about my journey, called the next day to check in, etc.

This is the second time I sent my mother to it, which does not know much about cars. Paul took the time to explain to her the problem (and to me when I went in) and explained any expenses before doing the repair. The repairs were done as estimated. I'recommend this place to anyone who's been puzzled by dealers or other places which may not take the time to explain the issues.

My car has over two hundred and fifty thousand miles and Pauls shop has helped keep it running strong. Great service and friendly techs.

I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. Supporting local family owned businesses is important to me and the CT economy. It should be to you as well. Paul's Auto is one of the good ones so please help make them even more successful than they already are!

I would absolutely 100% recommend Don's Auto Care Center for anyone in the Enfield/Windsor area. I had an emergency with my vehicle today. Several co-workers recommended Don's and I am more than happy that I took their recommendation. From my first phone call to my car pick up this afternoon, I was treated with kindness, respect and honesty-three valuable traits that most mechanics/auto repair shops in my home area of mid state Connecticut sorely lack. The work was top notch as my vehicle with nearly 98k miles on it runs brand new. The prices are reasonable-and this is someone who is used to paying a third more for vehicle repairs.The facility is easy to find and sparkling clean. Overall, this is an excellent place to trust your car services too. I will bring my car here for all of my routine maintenance needs as they are less than a mile from my office. Thank you to the staff of Don's Auto Care Center as they made a very nerve wracking experience very easy to deal with.
