Lisa & Kevin have serviced our autos for many years and always do a quality job and you can count on them sticking with their estimates. Of course when you take your vehicle in for an oil change, they give the car a thorough checkup and point out any issues that might need work for which they always have an cost estimate ready. Kevin will always give you the straight scoop as to how serious an identified issue is and when the issue should be resolved. Here's the key item for us....TRUST. 83 Auto is ALWAYS fair about their estimates and we NEVER worry about whether we are being overcharged or if identified issues are legitimate or not. If Kevin and his crew recommend a service, you can count on it being the right thing to do. They are very serious about respect and looking out for you and your vehicle. Trust is not something that comes easy for us as we've had our share of problems with other auto repair organizations. Lisa, Kevin and crew are simply the best and we will go nowhere else as long they are operating 83 Auto!

I brought my vehicle in to Pauls' automotive service center under the impression from Midas muffler that I needed a $500.00 repair. I was pleased to learn that I was misinformed and that the repaired required for my truck would be over $200.00 less. I was extremely impressed by the honestly of the gentleman (Paul) who serviced my vehicle. Honesty in service is a rare occurrence these days.Great service. Courteous people. And reasonable prices. Great workmanship by their expert mechanics. They do repairs that other garages cant even do, including major AC, emissions systems and electrical work. Pleasant to deal with.. Nice easy location to get to.

Excellent service. My a/c wasn't working in my RV. I had to catch a flight and could only leave my RV with them and then leave. They took it without a problem and then drove me to the airport. Then after fixing the a/c they drove my RV to the facility where I store it. This relieved me of a tremendous burden since I live 400 miles away and needed the help they provided. I give them 5 stars for great service.
